THE SUSTAINABILITY & WELLNESS HUB

About Us

Planet Kind is an amalgamation of years of study and research in health, sustainable and ethical living. Oliver and Georgina believe that everything is deeply interconnected and that every action we take has a ripple effect on the world around us. If we want real, large-scale change then we have to start looking at things as a whole or holistically. That means recognising that the external environment and planet is equally as important as each individual human body and mind. Oliver and Georgina believe that healing both the external (planet) and the internal (ourselves) could help create real societal change.

Oliver is from England and has an MSc in ‘Nutrition and Health’. He studied in Barcelona, Spain at the 'Universitat Oberta de Catalunya'. He has over 10 years of study and practice in the health and fitness industry. He has worked with Premier League footballers including football players from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
Oliver’s uses a diverse range of forward-thinking strategies regarding physical and mental health to optimise how we can perform as human beings. Oliver is also a qualified 200 RYT yoga and fitness trainer

Georgina is from England and has been researching and blogging about sustainable and ethical living since 2015. She is passionate about various topics: the zero waste movement, fast fashion and its alternatives, veganism and toxin free living.
Sustainable and ethical living doesn’t happen overnight. It takes a lot of trial and error, learning, ‘unlearning’ and figuring out what works best for you. Georgina believes that we shouldn’t underestimate the power we have as individuals and consumers. Each small change, like switching to a metal straw instead of plastic, or supporting a local business, made by millions of people has an immensely positive impact on the world around us.
