Delivery & Returns
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a email notification and invoice confirming your purchase. Products will be shipped within two working days.
Once the product has been shipped, you are responsible for being in contact with the courier company. Any loss, damage or non delivery made by the courier company is the buyer's responsibility to manage.
Delivery is with Post Express and you will receive a text on the day of arrival.

We don't return any bathroom or beauty products or products that have been in touch with the mouth. This includes: water bottles, tumblers, toothbrushes, straws, dental floss and make up wipes.
